We are currently seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk for our Toyota dealership in Dallas, TX For immediate consideration, please email jesyca.garcia@normreeves.com.

Core Responsibilities

• Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers for reimbursement.
• Review repair orders to verify warranty coverage and compliance.
• Communicate with technicians and service advisors to ensure accurate documentation.
• Track claim approvals, denials, and follow-ups to maximize reimbursements.
• Maintain warranty records and keep up-to-date with manufacturer policies.
• Address and resolve warranty claim discrepancies.
• Assist with audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk or in a similar role within an automotive dealership is preferred.
• Familiarity with warranty procedures and guidelines of major automotive manufacturers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computer software for data entry and record management.
