Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure the timely closure of all Repair Orders (ROs) within the stipulated timeframe.
• Process and validate all warranty claims for accuracy before submission.
• Follow up with CSAs and Workshop foremen to ensure on-time RO submission, and perform sorting and matching of ROs.
• Serve as the main liaison for Extended Warranty management, handling purchase, invoicing, and follow-ups with all stakeholders for cars and bikes.
• Act as the primary contact for Vehicle Administration to create stock for vehicles not in the company database.
• Compile and report weekly/monthly summaries of rejected claims to Senior Executives.
• Assist in annual and ad-hoc Warranty Audits and Parts Scrapping exercises, including RO preparation and reconciliation.
• Provide daily follow-ups and updates to management on outstanding Work-in-Progress (WIP) ROs and pending approvals.
• Attend to ad-hoc urgent requests, including Extended Warranty purchases on a stand-by rotation basis and attaching/detaching Defect Codes for technical campaigns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum O level with at least 2 years of administrative experience
• Experience in Motor industry will be an added advantage
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Excel
• Team Player
