Volvo Car BeLux is the official importer and distributor of Volvo Cars in Belgium and Luxembourg, proudly representing a premium automotive brand with strong Scandinavian roots. From our office in Brussels, we work closely with an extensive retail network to bring Volvo’s latest innovations in safety, sustainability, and design to our customers across both markets.
Volvo Car Belux is looking for a new colleague to join our Customer Service team. In this role as Warranty Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end warranty and claims handling process for our retailer network. You will assess whether incoming requests comply with the applicable guidelines as described in Volvo’s Warranty Policy & Procedures Manual (WPPM), ensure accurate administrative and financial processing, and analyse data to help reduce warranty costs.
