About this role

We have an entry-level Service Contract & Warranty Administration professional. Responsible for administering and providing proper contract and warranty fulfillment. Reviews contracts, compiles data and assists in preparation of bids and other reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exception management support for Americas-region warranty claims
  • Coordinate the mandatory part return (MPR) process for selected warrantable failures
  • Monitor claim trends, searching for opportunities to improve claim processing efficiency and/or reduce warranty spend
  • Administer annual Authorized Service Provider agreement renewal process using DocuSign
  • Modify/revise unit warranty file as needed to reflect Sales/Service warranty coverage adjustments
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc warranty reports for Sales, Service and/or Quality
  • Reply to customer requests and issues in a demanding environment
  • Willingness to gain basic technical knowledge of the Container product line to support warranty claims and concession claims

Basic Qualifications

  • Associates degree
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service/support role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT or Web Support field
  • Experience in a global market is preferred
  • Experience with salesforce
  • Ability to learn on-the-job in a dynamic customer-focused environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements, and track multiple initiatives
  • Spanish as a second language
  • Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
  • Experience with Tavant warranty system
