Für unseren Geschäftsbereich Consumables & Expendables (C&E) von Boeing Global Services suchen wir für den Standort Henstedt-Ulzburg eine/n Wareneingangsprüfer (m/w/d) - Gefahrgut.

In dieser Rolle bist du für die Prüfung eingehender Chemikalien und damit verbundener Materialien zuständig, die im Aftermarket der Luft- und Raumfahrt verwendet werden. Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Tätigkeit ist die Bearbeitung von Warenrücksendungen in Abstimmung mit allen relevanten internen und externen Ansprechpartnern.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Die Annahme und Prüfung von chemischen Produkten und Lieferungen auf Beschädigungen, Undichtigkeiten und andere sichtbare Mängel
• Produktidentität, Mengen, Chargen- oder Losnummern, Kennzeichnungen und Begleitdokumente mit Bestellungen und Spezifikationen abgleichen
• Verpackungen, Kennzeichnungen, Haltbarkeitsangaben sowie besondere Handhabungs- und Lageranforderungen überprüfen
• Nichtkonforme oder verdächtige Materialien unter Quarantäne stellen, Abweichungen dokumentieren und deren Klärung gemeinsam mit den zuständigen internen Teams aus Einkauf und Kundenservice sowie externen Lieferanten nachverfolgen
• Warenrücksendungen als zentralen Bestandteil der Tätigkeit bearbeiten, Prüfergebnisse, Wareneingänge und Bestandsbewegungen in SAP und WMS erfassen und eine lückenlose Rückverfolgbarkeit sicherstellen

Mindestqualifikationen

• 2+ Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem Gefahrgutlager oder einer vergleichbaren Position
• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, zum Beispiel als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Speditionskaufmann/-frau, Chemikant (gn) oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Erfüllung der körperlichen Voraussetzungen für die medizinische Untersuchung zum Erwerb eines Gabelstaplerführerscheins

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung mit gängigen ERP-Systemen; SAP-Kenntnisse sind besonders von Vorteil
• Idealerweise besitzt Du bereits einen Gabelstaplerführerschein
• Du bist neuen Herausforderungen gegenüber aufgeschlossen, engagiert und zeichnest dich durch lösungsorientiertes Denken, Motivation und selbstständiges Arbeiten aus

Boeing Global Services, Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business is looking for a Goods Receiving Inspector (m/f/d) - Dangerous Goods for the Henstedt-Ulzburg, Germany facility.

The Goods Receiving Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming chemicals and related materials used in the aerospace aftermarket.

Most importantly, this role handles product returns in coordination with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

• Receive chemical products and inspect deliveries for damage, leakage, or other visible issues
• Verify product identity, quantities, batch or lot numbers, labels, and documentation against purchase orders and specifications
• Check packaging, markings, shelf-life information, and special handling or storage requirements
• Quarantine nonconforming or suspect materials, document discrepancies, and track them through resolution with relevant internal teams (Procurement & Customer Service) and external suppliers
• Handling returns as a key part of this role, record inspection results, receipts and inventory movements in SAP and WMS, maintaining accurate traceability records

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 2+ years of relevant job experience in a dangerous goods warehouse facility or other supply chain/logistics environment
• A completed apprenticeship as a Warehouse Operative, Logistics Specialist, Chemical Technician or similar
• Good written and spoken English and German skills
• You meet the physical requirements to pass a medical examination for obtaining a forklift operator’s license

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with common ERP systems (with SAP being a major plus)
• Ideally, you already hold a forklift operator’s license
• You are open to challenges, enthusiastic, and stand out through constructive solutions, motivation, and the ability to work independently
