Agropur is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor Evening Shift to join its team in St-Hubert.

The Warehouse Supervisor plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to receiving, warehousing, product packaging, and order assembly.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

  • Salary scale 004: $73,000 to $91,200 (base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the role)

How you will contribute to collective success:

  • Ensure a safe work environment at all times by enforcing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, sanitation, and food safety standards.
  • Lead daily operations to effectively achieve production targets.
  • Develop team performance through coaching, guidance, and support.
  • Manage all center activities, including hiring, training, maintenance, and committee participation.
  • Ensure the rigorous application of the collective bargaining agreement.
  • Engage and motivate teams by leading dynamic and well-structured start-of-shift meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

The type of team player who fits in:

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (DEC) in Operations Management, Logistics, or another related field;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience supervising warehouse operations in the food or pharmaceutical industries is required.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset.
