Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit individual to join our warehouse team. The primary role is to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse, which involves receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of warehouse processes and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and goods, ensuring accurate documentation and storage.
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and within specified time frames.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring proper stock rotation and inventory management.
• Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in receiving and unloading deliveries, ensuring proper placement and security of goods.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and use of personal protective equipment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, including forklift operation.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs regularly.
• Excellent physical condition and ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Flexibility to work overtime or irregular hours as needed.
