For our manufacturing site in Badia Polesine (RO), we are looking for a:

Warehouse Operator

The successful candidate will be responsible for warehouse operations, ensuring the proper receipt, storage, handling, and internal movement of materials in compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and applicable quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage material handling activities, including unloading, storage, picking, and internal transfers.
• Perform sampling and/or sorting activities when required.
• Conduct inspections and verification checks on materials.
• Supply production lines with the required materials.
• Perform inventory counting and stock control activities.
• Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams as part of daily operations.
• Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Report any non-conformities related to quantity, quality, or documentation.
• Comply with company standards, company vision, and demonstrate respect toward colleagues and customers.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Adhere to established procedures for performing assigned tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience (1–3 years) in warehouse or logistics roles.
• Strong team-working attitude.
• Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of warehouse processes and material flow principles.
• Knowledge of procedures and work instructions (WIs) related to the warehouse process.
• Valid forklift license/certification.
