Job Description

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Fulfill operational requirements, meeting assigned schedules and customer requirements.
• Oversee and provide leadership for warehouse team members.
• Work with team members to further train, develop and mentor through cross-training and providing career development.
• Perform warehouse inspections to ensure the facility is clean and orderly.
• Fullfill operational requirements for shipping and receiving.
• Report maintenance issues and needs as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
• order pallet deliveries and scrap trailer pickups.
• Complete daily inspections.
• All other special projects and relevant duties to the job.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse leadership experience required, preferably within a similar manufacturing environment.
• Technically proficient with computers and software.
• Excellent communication, time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
• Exposure to damp, wet, and cold environments.
