Are you a proactive and self-driven leader with a passion for continuous improvement and efficient operations? We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee ourstate-of-the-artwarehouse and drive excellence in our storage and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 10 dedicated professionals, reporting directly to the P&F Manager.
Manage all 3537 storage locations, ensuringoptimalorganization and accessibility.
Oversee the operations of our new automatic warehouse, integratingcutting-edgetechnology.
Supervise incoming goods processes, includingboth locations for our factories in Skien
Maintainaccurateinventory levels andleadthe yearly physical counting process.
Drivecontinuous improvements and implement LEAN methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
BSc or higher inEngineering, Supply-chain,logisticsorotherrelevantfield
Deep technical competence in SAP modules (PP, MM).
Proven leadership skills
Experience with LEAN principles and methodologiesis an advantage
