Location: El Paso, TX
Compensation: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed

We are seeking a Warehouse/Driver Associate to support both warehouse operations and local deliveries. This position is ideal for someone with Non-CDL driving experience, warehouse experience, and forklift experience. When deliveries are not scheduled, this individual will assist with warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, inventory organization, and general warehouse operations.
Deliver products and merchandise to customer job sites in a safe and efficient manner
Unload merchandise at customer delivery locations
Off-load inbound freight trucks and verify incoming shipments
Receive, stock, organize, and put away merchandise in designated warehouse locations
Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and other warehouse functions as assigned
Operate a sit-down forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed
Maintain all required DOT documentation, logs, inspections, and OSHA safety requirements
Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Support warehouse operations during periods when deliveries are not required
High school diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of driving experience
Current Class C driver's license
Clean driving record for the past 3 years
Warehouse experience required
Forklift experience required; current sit-down forklift certification preferred
Active Medical Examiner's Card
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic computer knowledge preferred
Ability to lift, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stoop, bend, twist, and spend extended periods sitting and driving
Ability to safely operate a vehicle in varying weather and traffic conditions
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and maintain safe work practices
Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to hire
Must provide an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) with resume submission
