POSITION TITLE: Warehouse Zone Manager
EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
POSITION REPORTS TO: Flagship General Manager
DEPARTMENT: Retail Division

The Warehouse Zone Manager at Paradies Lagardère is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations within an assigned zone at DFW International Airport. This leadership role ensures efficient execution of shipping and receiving, inventory control, stock replenishment, and product distribution across multiple retail and dining locations.

The Zone Manager drives operational excellence by maintaining accurate inventory levels, optimizing workflow, and ensuring timely delivery of goods in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position leads and develops warehouse team members, enforces safety and compliance standards, and partners with operations leaders to support business demands. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in structured chaos, makes quick decisions, and holds their team accountable while maintaining a collaborative and productive work environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and distribution within assigned zone
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management, cycle counts, and product handling processes
  • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates to meet productivity and performance standards
  • Coordinate with retail and dining locations to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of products
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and airport regulations
  • Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to meet operational demands and deadlines
  • Identify and resolve operational issues related to inventory discrepancies, delays, or logistics challenges
  • Support the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of shipments, transfers, and inventory movements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times
  • Assist with scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary actions in partnership with leadership
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support overall business operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, retail, or distribution environments required
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping and receiving processes, and warehouse operations
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse, retail, food & beverage, stocking, or customer service experience

  • Basic math skills for counts and invoice verification

  • Ability to read and complete operational documents in English

Physical & Schedule Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move 50 lbs or more regularly

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing ladders

  • Able to work in varying temperature environments

  • Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Comfortable working across airport locations
