We currently provide such therapies to over 10,000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare). Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. From installation, training on how to use equipment, servicing and removal.
Supervise conformity of deliveries, prepare deliveries according to incoming orders, realize expedition, qualify & follow return flow (default, transport return, wrong choice…), realize inventories, inform internal Customers about the stocks.
A multi functional role covering the receipt and supply of all assets and consumables into and out of the NorthPark site. Receipt of assets and consumables. Pick, pack, and dispatch of assets and consumables. To ensure at all times compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and also all relevant contractual, regulatory and internal Standard Operating Procedures. To ensure that safe working practices are strictly adhered to having due regard for colleagues and that Company and Group Health, Safety, and Quality procedures are fully respected. Ensuring all team members are trained and signed off on all relevant standing operating procedures. Maintaining the calibration log (MEX) to ensure all test equipment is tested within specific guidelines. Ensure periodic stock takes are carried out within specified time frames and communicated to the Finance and procurement departments. Liaise with the Procurement and Commercial departments with any capital expenditure and consumable requirements. Carry out personal development reviews. Responsible for overseeing daily activity and output of the C&D workshop. They will ensure the team is adequately trained in all procedures and SOPs essential to their role profile. The Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for the oxygen analysis lab and all its activities in the release of medical oxygen to the Irish market.

● Receipt of assets and consumables - ensuring correct product status identification in line with GMP and GDP.
● Pick, pack, and dispatch of assets and consumables.
● Stock control, housekeeping and other duties as required.
● Accurate and up to date stock records.
● To work with other site team members to ensure that the highest levels of safety are maintained.

● Carry out root cause investigations to internal and customer complaints and provide corrective action plans
● Leading the oxygen analysis lab and release of oxygen cylinders to the Irish market
