We seek talented, enthusiastic, and customer focused individuals to join our Lebanon Distribution Center on 1st Shift. Start times for this position would be 5:00am, Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do

The Warehouse Worker will increase operational efficiency, company profitability, and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely picking, packing, and scanning orders for pickup and delivery while utilizing high reach equipment.

• Operate a high reach forklift equipment to access and retrieve products from various levels of warehouse racking
• Inspect products for quality and picking accuracy, ensuring they meet company standards and customer specifications
• Package selected items securely and appropriately, considering shipping requirements and guidelines
• Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks
• Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to appropriate personnel
• Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to appropriate personnel
• Assist in keeping facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment
• Participate in regular training sessions and safety meetings to enhance your knowledge of warehouse procedures and protocols
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing insights and suggestions for enhancing efficiency and accuracy
• Willing to work some overtime when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Required for Success

• One year warehouse experience, with specific experience in high reach forklift
• Proven experience operating high reach forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Ability to operate a sit down forklift and pallet jack
• Ability to count accurately on a repetitive basis
• Ability to read and operate hand-held RF scan device and use Warehouse Management System
• Physically able to lift, carry, move etc. products up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally
• Ability to communicate successfully with leads, supervisors, coworkers and customers as required
• Self-motivated and willing to work with others
• Detail-oriented
