Warehouse Worker

Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift

Revere Staffing Partners is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team in Berlin, CT. This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse, shipping/receiving, order picking, packing, or material-handling experience.

The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for assisting with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, loading, and preparing materials for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload materials and products
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
• Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Accurately complete warehouse paperwork and documentation
• Assist with inventory counts and material organization
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus

Schedule

• 1st Shift
• Full-time hours
• Monday–Friday
• Overtime may be available based on business needs
