Job Description

Warehouse Associate – Full Time

Location: Toms River, NJ
Shift: 8:30a-5:00p Monday-Friday
Pay: $18-$19 depending on experience, plus up to 7% quarterly bonus

We’re growing and looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to help keep our operations running smoothly—from receiving materials to shipping finished products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Receive, unload, and verify production receipts; distribute materials to the right areas
  • Count, weigh, and inspect incoming materials; handle repackaging and general warehouse functions
  • Maintain organized inventory, including power files and broken-carton stock
  • Assemble, label/stencil, and stage orders; report any shortages to the supervisor
  • Operate a forklift to move materials between docks, work areas, and storage
  • Keep the warehouse clean and safe; follow all housekeeping and 5S practices

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months of related experience/training a plus (or equivalent)
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal procedures and assignments
  • Willingness to train and become forklift certified
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly stand, walk, reach, handle materials; frequently sit, climb/balance, stoop/kneel/crouch
  • Lift/move up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Visual acuity for close/distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus
  • Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals

Work Environment & Safety

  • Moderate to loud noise; occasionally dusty; temperatures may be hot or cold at times
  • At times, work in elevated areas; required use of PPE (safety glasses, hard-toe shoes, fall protection as needed; gloves when applicable)
  • Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures
