Warehouse Worker(June 2026- January 2027)

The LCBO is an Ontario government enterprise and one of the world's largest buyers and retailers of beverage alcohol.

Under the direction of department supervisor, you will perform avariety of responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, safe case handling, storing, preparing, checking, and assembling functions either manually or by operating material handling equipment, including rideable equipment.

We are hiring Warehouse Workers to join the outstanding team in our Thunder Bay Retail Service Centre facilitylocatedat 615 Harold Crescent, Thunder Bay.We are looking for dedicated individuals who are committed to showing up and completing the assigned tasks.Above all else, we love Warehouse Workers whodon'tmind lifting heavy things.

About the Role:

  • Select, assemble, and prepare pallet orders for customers

  • Physically able to load and unload cases of beer, wine, spirits, and cider that weigh between 40lbs(18 kg if you prefer the metric system) and 60lbs(27 kg)

  • Required to stand for lengthy periods of time with repetitive movement such as reaching, climbing, bending, twisting, and walking

  • Clean up accidental spills; we all pitch in to be safe

About You:

  • We encourage students and people who can work a second job to apply

  • Youare required tocomplete a criminal record check that is paid for by the LCBO

  • Ability to follow procedures and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Fluent in English, aswell be proficient in reading writing and basic arithmetic

  • Workers must be available for any shift Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:45p.m

Shifts:

Day shift – Monday to Friday (8:00am -345pm)
