Warehouse Associate – 3PL

Company: Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc.

Location: Eastvale, CA

Hourly Pay: $18.00/hour

Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hour for hours worked from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; required overtime may occur before or after the scheduled shift

Position Type: Warehouse / Third-Party Logistics (3PL)

Work Environment: Active warehouse role in a non-climate-controlled distribution center

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate – 3PL for our Eastvale, CA distribution center. This active role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, safety, and consistent results in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily 3PL distribution operations by preparing orders, processing inbound inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and moving products safely and accurately throughout the facility.

What You’ll Do

  • Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for shipment
  • Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Stack, wrap, load, and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment; training provided as needed
  • Verify parts and quantities to support inventory accuracy
  • Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to keep work moving efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks based on daily needs

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
  • Ability to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical warehouse work
  • Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience preferred, but not required
  • Availability to work required overtime before or after the scheduled shift

Work Environment

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and ladder use throughout the shift
  • Ability to consistently lift products weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to work safely at heights up to 30 feet
  • Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures that vary by season
