Marion, IN | Dry Dock Warehouse

Shifts: 5:00 AM–Finish or 4:00 PM–Finish

Pay: $650–$1,200 / Weekly

Looking for a physically active job where your effort directly impacts your earnings? Capstone is hiring Warehouse Unloaders to work in a dry dock warehouse, unloading freight from shipping containers by hand.

This is a hands-on position that keeps you moving throughout the shift. If you enjoy working with a team, staying active, and taking pride in a job well done, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

• Unload products from shipping containers by hand.
• Move, stack, and organize freight according to warehouse procedures.
• Maintain a steady work pace while meeting productivity and safety expectations.
• Work with team members to complete daily unloading assignments.
• Follow proper lifting techniques and warehouse safety guidelines.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as directed by site leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.
• Comfortable lifting and carrying products weighing approximately 25–75 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive lifting throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
