TheWarehouseTrainerplays a crucial role inassistingthe site leadership team by providing comprehensive training to new hires in their daily functional and operational duties. Theypossessextensive knowledge of all fulfillment environment tasks. In addition to training, the trainer actively contributes to day-to-day operations whenever assistance isrequired

Shift: Mon-Fri 3pm-11:30pm
Pay starting at $25.20/hour + shift premium depending on hours worked
(3pm – 11pm + $1.50/hour) and (11pm – 5am + $2.00/hour)
Weekly payday onevery Friday!

WhatYou’llDo
Provide hands-on training to new hires for equipment operation and certification,optimalbusinesspractices, safety procedures, and daily job duties.
Facilitatesclassroom training for new hire orientation and safety workshops including Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and functionaltechniquetesting.
May perform inbound or outbound activities when not actively trainingincluding operatingmaterial handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts,reach trucksororder pickers raised up to 40 feet
Adhere to all safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
Maintain a secure and clean work areaby performing housekeeping duties
Fulfill other duties as assigned.
WhatYou’llNeed
Must be 18 years of age or older
Experience training in a supply chain, warehousing, or distribution environment strongly preferred.
Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including order pickers, forklift,and reachtrucks.
To safelyoperatethe order picker andcomply withequipment manufacturer specifications andrequiredsafety regulations, there is a weight limit set at 300 pounds. If you are hired tooperatethis equipment, you will need to weigh under 300lbs.
Strength to perform physical tasks involving repetitive moving or raising of objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable with working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.
