Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

  • As Technical Lead (m/f/d), you define the target architecture for our central warehouse systems (WMS, MFR) and keep them scalable, reliable and secure
  • You put designs to the test, safeguard delivery quality and enforce standards and SLAs
  • Together with the teams, you develop reusable, maintainable solutions for warehouse automation and integration, based on microservices, event‑driven architecture and APIs.
  • You plan releases and migrations proactively and manage dependencies, technical debt, and incident, problem and change processes.
  • With a focus on observability, performance and security, you track technical KPIs and drive targeted improvements
  • Working with SAP and non‑SAP teams, you align integrations and ensure stable, maintainable interfaces
  • You take ownership of the technical solutions and systems in the B2C warehouse and in returns processing.
  • You guide internal and external engineers and solution experts, promote effective ways of working and continuous technical improvement

  • With over eight years of experience in logistics and warehouse engineering, you will bring proven leadership as a technical authority in warehouse and automation ecosystems.
  • Architecture skills are paramount, focusing on distributed systems, integration patterns, messaging, and APIs, empowering you to design and implement complex solutions effectively.
  • You will guide external system integrators and ensure adherence to rigorous code quality and reliability practices, maintaining high standards throughout the development process.
  • Your familiarity with SAP integration patterns will enable seamless integration and innovation within our systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong stakeholder management are crucial, and you will use your fluency in English to facilitate clear and effective interactions across all levels of the organization.
