Job Description

Warehouse Logistics Technician

Location: Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Technician to support inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving operations, and asset tracking within a fast-paced technology warehouse environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment and materials are accurately received, stored, tracked, and delivered while maintaining organized warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, packaging, and delivery preparation.
  • Pick, pull, stage, and fulfill inventory requests according to established procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update asset management systems.
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Create and manage shipping labels for domestic and international shipments using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
  • Review packing slips and verify receivables against purchase and shipment documentation.
  • Process equipment returns and update inventory records as needed.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Deliver equipment and materials between company locations using a box truck when required.
  • Provide excellent customer service while following established policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience.
  • Experience with shipping and receiving operations.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
  • Experience using RF scanners or scan guns.
  • Strong understanding of inventory auditing, cycle counts, and asset tracking.
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a box truck.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting technology asset management or equipment deployment projects.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other order fulfillment platforms.
  • Experience handling domestic and international shipping requirements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
