The Opportunity
BlueScope Distribution is looking for a Warehouse Team Member to join the teambased in Eagle Farm, QLD BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium product. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.
No previous warehousing, operations or manufacturing experience? No problem - we provide comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing support to help you build a long-term career with us.

What We Offer
These full-time, permanent roles offer a competitive weekly rate (pre-tax) starting from $1,174.20, with the ability to progress to $1,272.24, depending on your skills and experience (not including loading). You’ll also be eligible for overtime, public holiday pay and quarterly bonus. Our operations run 5 days a week, with opportunities across day and afternoon shifts Afternoon shift attracts a 20% shift loading allowance.

In this role, you will be part of the team producing our high-quality steel products, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail to ensure only the finest quality is delivered – on time, every time.

The role involves manual handling and lifting, as well as working in a manufacturing environment where noise and seasonal temperature changes are expected. We provide the training, support and equipment you need to work safely and successfully.
