We're seeking a detail-oriented Depot Technician to join our dynamic Clinical Logistics team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our mission by ensuring Clinical Trial Materials, Ancillaries, and Lab Kits reach those who need them most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Clinical Trial Materials according to established protocols, including picking, packing, and quality control
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks and promptly report any issues affecting product integrity
  • Support material management activities including destruction, recalls, reconciliation, and returns
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitoring systems
  • Assist with general maintenance of premises and equipment
  • Manage filing and archiving activities with precision and attention to detail
  • Follow standardized workflows from Parexel or specific clients

Qualifications

  • High School or Vocational degree
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn GxP regulations
  • Previous warehouse support experience required
  • Packaging and labeling experience in pharmaceutical or biological industry preferred
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to lift at least 30 lbs

Additional Information

  • Day shift position (8am-4:30pm)
  • This role requires the ability to work in ambient (15 °C- 25 °C), refrigerated (2 °C- 8 °C), and freezer (-15 °C - -25°C) conditions as well as the ability to frequently ascend/descend stairs to access various areas of the facility
