Job Description

The Warehouse Team Member will be responsible for ensuring all orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed and shipped on a timely basis, reporting into the Logistics Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prints Labelling for shipments, packages and loading them onto carriers with a customer and cost-effective mindset
• Able to operate and manage material handling equipment such as but not limited to, forklifts, reach lifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and roll carts.
• Picking and packing in a timely manner according to required ship dates
• Understand barcode technology and operate RF equipment as assigned
• Physically underloading shipments in a timely manner from carrier containers into the warehouse
• Counting of goods received and inspecting against packing slips to ensure accuracy and quality
• Stock put ways of the goods into proper bin
• Cycle count as required by the company with a 95% accuracy target
• Maintain a presentable, clean net, and orderly work area
• Strong ability to maintain warehouse and report discrepancies to manager
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems with the support of IT and manager
• Receive and process customer returns in a timely manner
• Follows and sets an example for safety and security procedures

Requirements:

• Forklift License required
• Australian Working rights
• Experience with reach lifts and pallet jacks
• Experience with Salesforce and E10 desirable but not a requirement
