Are you a natural team leader with experience in warehouse operations and a hands-on approach? We’re looking for a proactive and committed Team Leader to join a dynamic logistics team in the Katowice area This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a fast-growing company with strong international presence and a collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise daily warehouse operations
• Coordinate and support team members to ensure smooth inbound/outbound activities
• Oversee processes in line with client expectations and service level agreements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire protection standards (HSE)
• Conduct training for new employees and guide their onboarding process
• Manage working hours records and schedules of your team
• Oversee warehouse infrastructure and equipment
• Operate WMS and TMS systems to ensure accurate logistics processes
• Participate in employee evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile:

• Previous experience in warehouse/logistics operations, ideally in a leadership or foreman role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS/TMS) and MS Office tools
• Knowledge of workplace safety and basic labor law regulations
• Ability to lead a team under time pressure
• UDT forklift certification required
• Intermediate English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work in shifts
