About Your Workplace
Join Miele's Supply Chain team and take the lead in ensuring the efficient flow of premium products through our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you'll play a key role in coordinating inventory, warehouse activities and the movement of goods while maintaining a safe, organised and high-performing workplace.
This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, drive operational excellence and collaborate with teams across the business to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day coordination of warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage and dispatch of goods
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment and investigate stock discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy
Coordinate and participate in stocktakes, cycle counts and warehouse audits to ensure inventory integrity
Oversee returns, scrapping activities and warehouse compliance, ensuring all processes are completed safely and efficiently
Liaise with internal stakeholders, customers and service providers to coordinate the movement of goods and resolve operational issues
Promote a safe, clean and well-organised warehouse environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Assist the Warehouse Manager in achieving operational KPIs and driving team engagement
What We Are Looking For
Must-have
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and coordinate multiple activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of operational outcomes
Nice-to-have
Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
Forklift licence and relevant warehousing certifications
Experience using SAP, WMS or similar warehouse management systems
Knowledge of inventory control, stock management and warehouse safety practices
