YOUR ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader at our Pemulwuy warehouse to lead a small team on day shift form 2PM - 10PM. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with Bunzl policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising warehouse operations, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Leading, motivating, supporting and developing your team to achieve performance goals
• Ensuring accurate order picking, dispatch, and stock management
• Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
• Fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment

ABOUT YOU

You are a motivated and experienced warehouse professional looking to take the next step in your career. Your leadership skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail will make you a great fit for this role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering the right products to the right customers on time, every time.

• Valid Forklift licence and high reach experience are essential
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Previous experience in order picking and warehouse operations
• Ability to be hands on and work both independently and in a team
• A positive, solutions-focused attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
