About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Operations team in Murarrie QLD on a full-time permanent basis.

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, assist with inventory management and logistics activities, and provide guidance to a small team. This is a hands-on role, working alongside team members to ensure equipment, stock and customer orders are processed efficiently.

This role is approximately 80% operational duties and 20% team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily warehouse and logistics activities
  • Coordinate customer orders, deliveries and equipment movements
  • Maintain stock accuracy and inventory records
  • Support and guide warehouse team members in their day-to-day work
  • Assist with training and onboarding new team members
  • Support rental, trial and loan equipment activities
  • Follow and promote safety, quality and infection control procedures
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service

About You

  • Experience in a warehouse, stores or logistics environment
  • Experience coordinating, mentoring or supporting a small team
  • Knowledge of stock control and inventory processes
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
  • Current Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically capable of safely undertaking warehouse duties, including occasional lifting of up to 15kg

Desirable

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices or a similar industry
  • Experience using M3, SAP or a comparable ERP system
