Perfect for someone who thrives in a well-run, well-organised warehouse with a great team and clear processes. Lead our friendly 5-person warehouse team in a hands-on role.
You’ll lead from the front to keep our warehouse running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
Your key responsibilities will include:
👥 Leading the team – running the morning toolbox, allocating daily tasks across the 5-person team, onboarding/training, clearing floor bottlenecks, and maintaining tempo.
🚜 Hands-on warehouse operations – leading by example on the floor – operating forklifts, loading/unloading, receiving, picking, packing, booking transport, and updating the system.
🖥️ ERP & inventory accuracy – prompt, error-free system transactions in our ERP (SAP Business One) for receipts, picks, deliveries, and coordinating cycle counts.
🦺 Frontline safety – daily equipment pre-start checks, safety oversight, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) loading compliance, and clean warehouse housekeeping.
📦 Consumables & maintenance – keeping packaging consumables stocked and booking routine servicing for forklifts, cranes, and waste removal.
This role is a hands-on 'floor captain' role with approx. 30% of your time leading the team and 70% on the floor in daily warehouse operations.

You’ll be a grounded, reliable frontline leader who leads by example, takes pride in what they do, and brings a positive, team-first attitude every day.
Key things we're looking for:
✅ Warehouse experience: Proven background in a fast-paced, structured warehouse (e.g., FMCG, retail DC, or high-volume wholesale).
✅ Frontline leader: Prior experience as a Team Leader allocating daily tasks and keeping a small warehouse team productive (or ready to step-up to doing this).
✅ Licences: Valid Forklift ticket (LF) and C-Class Driver's Licence.
✅ Computer fluency: Confident using warehouse ERP/WMS systems (SAP Business One experience is a bonus).
✅ Physically fit: Most of your day is active floor work hands-on alongside your team.
