Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Team Leader to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations while maintaining strict health, safety, and operational standards. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager, Warehouse Manager, team members, and external customers to drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Manage Daily Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, inventory, distribution, and layout optimization while managing stock control through regular reconciliation with internal data storage systems.
  • Lead and Develop the Team: Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately, and train, coach, and motivate warehouse team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure Health, Safety, and Compliance: Conduct departmental risk assessments, enforce safety procedures, adhere to statutory reporting, and maintain compliance with all handling, shipping, and hygiene regulations.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing legislation, health and safety risk assessments, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Proven ability in written and oral communication, problem-solving, change management, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong Information Technology literacy, exceptional organization, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
