Warehouse Team Leader (Late Shift 6PM- 2AM) - Darlington - Supply Chain

As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Darlington, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading and motivating a team of warehouse operatives to achieve and exceed KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.
Ensuring all operational processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Managing all aspects of people leadership, including performance reviews, absence management, holiday approvals, and training.
Maintaining stock integrity through cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and correct product handling.
Coordinating daily workflow and resource deployment to meet service targets, ensuring smooth operational flow across picking, packing, replenishment, and loading.
The role is full-time, working 37.5 hours a week between 6 am and 2 am.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Proven experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role within a high-volume, service-focused warehouse environment.
Strong people management skills, including coaching, training, and handling performance and disciplinary processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and resolve issues.
Competent in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF technology.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping while driving operational efficiency.
