As Warehouse Team Leader based out our Townsville, QLD DC you’ll be responsible for leading day‑to‑day warehouse operations while fostering a strong safety culture and clear chain of responsibility. You’ll coach and develop your team, prioritise work to meet daily requirements, and drive productivity, quality, and service outcomes. Through hands‑on leadership and continuous improvement, you’ll help ensure our DC operates safely, efficiently, and in line with business expectations.
You’re a hands‑on leader who enjoys being on the floor, supporting your team, and keeping operations moving. You know how to set clear expectations, coach performance, and balance safety, service, and efficiency. You’re confident making decisions, solving problems, and leading change in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
