💰 Salary: £33,246.57p/a
What you’ll be doing:
Lead and motivate the Newstrade team to ensure the timely, accurate, and safe handling of newspapers and magazines throughout the sorting process.
Coordinate shift operations and manage parcel throughput to meet and exceed operational targets.
Perform quality checks to ensure all parcels meet company standards, prioritizing safety at all times.
Train and develop new team members, ensuring they excel and maintain high performance.
Support the shift manager by addressing any challenges and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Foster a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by promoting company policies and health & safety standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
