We’re on an exciting growth journey, and we’re looking for a Team Leader who can help us deliver exceptional operational performance across our warehousing and distribution functions You’ll be at the heart of our operation — leading people, improving processes, and ensuring our customers receive the outstanding service they expect.

Lead the day‑to‑day running of warehouse activities including picking, receiving, stock accuracy, reworks, labelling, production and assembly.
Monitor team and individual KPIs such as pick accuracy, stock accuracy, throughput and on‑time despatch.
Conduct regular H&S inspections, equipment checks and ensure all staff follow safety procedures.
Recruit, onboard and train new team members, ensuring they feel supported from day one.
A confident, hands‑on leader with experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Someone who loves developing people and building a positive, high‑performing team culture.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
A proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership and drives continuous improvement.
Someone who understands the importance of accuracy, efficiency and customer experience.
Health & Safety awareness (IOSH or similar is a bonus, but not essential).
