- Supervise and support material handlers in daily warehouse activities
- Train team members on scanner use and ERP system (IQMS)
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor with interviews, hiring, and employee evaluations
- Monitor attendance and performance, coach for improvement
- Resolve employee conflicts professionally and fairly
- Adjust staffing between buildings to meet operational demands
- Ensure accurate receiving, transfers, and shipping transactions in IQMS
- Review and verify pick tickets and third-shift transfers
- Conduct and support inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Tracks regrind inventory and coordinate movement with purchasing
- Verify all outgoing shipments are properly documented and signed
- Receive raw materials and cartons
- Communicate with production regarding incoming goods
- Ensure all deliveries scheduled by the Transportation Coordinator are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate transfers between Buildings 1, 3, and 4
- Work closely with Customer Service to support order fulfillment
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and operate forklift equipment
- Work performed in a general manufacturing environment

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred
- Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (IQMS a plus)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain certification)
