Requirements

What You’ll Do

In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining our warehouse operations and inventory systems. Your responsibilities will include:

Inventory & Systems Management

  • Maintain and update equipment records using inventory management software
  • Conduct inventory audits to ensure accuracy
  • Organize and store equipment efficiently

Warehouse Operations

  • Clean, prepare, and stage equipment for storage or shipment
  • Support shipping & receiving and tool crib operations
  • Maintain off-site warehouse inventory

Technical & Mechanical Tasks

  • Assist with equipment kits and assemblies
  • Read basic engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Operate lift trucks and cranes (basic level)

Organization & Process Improvement

  • Create signage and labeling for clear organization
  • Provide feedback to improve workflow, tools, and processes
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

Team Support

  • Assist with general maintenance and janitorial needs
  • Support other departments when needed

What You Bring

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

Experience & Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience with inventory control systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools
  • Experience with mechanical assemblies (a plus)
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools (a plus)
  • Organizational mindset with solid administrative skills
