Summary: Serves as the on-site lead for USSS Warehouse Support Services, overseeing daily operations, staff coordination, and compliance with safety, security, and inventory control requirements.
Essential Functions:
- Lead and coordinate a team of Warehouse Specialists and Shipping/Receiving Clerks.
- Oversee burn bag collection, transport, staging, and destruction in accordance with USSS security procedures.
- Direct the receipt, verification, documentation, and disposition of excess government property.
- Ensure safe and compliant operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
- Review and validate supply orders, ensuring accurate pulling, staging, and delivery to designated USSS locations.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and OSHA-compliant safety standards.
- Serve as primary point of contact for the COR and government personnel regarding daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with USSS access, security, and suitability requirements for all contractor staff.
- Maintain required logs, reports, and documentation, including QC and staffing plans.

QualificationsMinimum

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience
- 1+ year of supervisory or team-lead experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Forklift certification
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, walk-behind lifts, and material handling equipment
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50-75 lbs.
- Experience with inventory control, receiving, and supply fulfillment
- Ability to read, verify, and document serial numbers, barcodes, and property data
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to pass USSS background investigation and suitability requirements
- U.S. citizenship
