What You’ll Be Doing On A Daily Basis:
As a Warehouse/Distribution Center Support, you will be required to differentiate several types of material and inspect all component parts to ensure they meet our quality standards. The Support role is a developmental role designed to expand the abilities of trusted members, leading to more leadership possibilities in the future. The Support is the first step in an employee’s search for answers and should focus on the employee’s training, knowledge, and production goals. The Support is the employee’s first interaction with Company leadership and must foster an environment of mutual respect and leadership.
• Supporting team Leads in ensuring proper workflow through each department.
• Aid and assist team Lead as needed.
• Helping achieve daily department production goals, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Motivating and encouraging all team members to achieve hourly, daily, and weekly goals.
• Helping the team Lead develop and implement daily quotas and production goals.
• Understanding team member training levels and skills to efficiently move personnel cross-functionally based on department needs.
• Knowing and understanding the entire process of the department and being able to correct any potential setbacks that may arise.
• Identifying problems before they make it to the team Lead and trying to minimize impacts to production.

What You’ll Bring to the Table: (make sure you include years of experience and skills needed)
• Strong communication skills
• Reading, writing, and math skills commensurate with job duties
• Ability to read, speak, and/or comprehend English
• Business knowledge of department’s production goals and safety/quality standards
• Skills to work cross-functionally throughout the business as needed
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead, teach, and motivate others on standards policies and procedures to achieve a specific goal

Physical Requirements:
Daily activity includes but is not limited to:​
• Lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
• Standing on a fatigue mat in a specific area throughout a 10 hour+ shift.
• Be able to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs.
• Standing for 8 hours a day or longer.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above moderate.
• Ability to work in an environment with repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, and elbows.
• Physical strength and dexterity to perform essential job functions.
