The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the daily leadership, coordination, and performance of SITECH warehouse and technology fulfillment operations across two store locations. This position provides direct supervision and direction to the Warehouse Leads at each store, Technology Systems Technicians, and interns. The Supervisor ensures consistent execution of order fulfillment, inventory control, rental fleet support, warranty processing, technician support, warehouse safety, customer service, and system delivery processes. This role assists management in evaluating, allocating, and directing human, physical, and financial resources to support sales growth, operational stability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across both locations.

Essential Functions

  • Hires, develops, evaluates, and influences effective and consistent productivity and teamwork to ensure the delivery of Legendary Customer Service (LCS)
  • Model, promote, reinforce, and recognize the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
  • Supervises warehouse and technology fulfillment operations across two assigned store locations, ensuring consistent processes, service levels, inventory discipline, and operational execution
  • Provides daily direction and support to Warehouse Leads at each store to ensure orders are reviewed, prioritized, fulfilled, transferred, delivered, and invoiced accurately and on time
  • Coordinates workload, priorities, and schedules for Warehouse Leads, Technology Systems Technicians, and interns to meet customer, sales, service, and operational needs
  • Oversees incoming sales orders, inventory ordering, delivery expectations, service coordination, technician fulfillment, warranty assignment, rental fleet support, and system delivery for invoicing
  • Monitors and forecasts inventory levels for sales stock, rental fleet, parts, technology systems, attachments, and related components; ensures timely replenishment, reconciliation, surplus returns, and cycle count accuracy
  • Assists management with implementation, control, and achievement of the warehouse and technology operations business plan, including sales support, productivity, expense control, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Supports Technology Systems Technicians by helping prioritize installations, system preparation, equipment staging, warranty needs, rental asset readiness, and technician parts or component requirements
  • Develops and maintains consistent warehouse procedures across both stores, including receiving, picking, staging, shipping, delivery, returns, warranty processing, RPO transfers, rental fixed assets, and customer walk-in support
  • Reviews reports and system activity related to backorders, pending actions, open orders, inventory discrepancies, warehouse productivity, technician support, and fulfillment exceptions
  • Coaches, trains, and develops Warehouse Leads, Technology Systems Technicians, and interns to improve technical knowledge, workflow discipline, customer service, safety awareness, and accountability
  • Ensures assigned stores maintain safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environments, including proper storage, labeling, equipment usage, housekeeping, and compliance with all applicable safety policies
  • Serves as an escalation point for sales, service, technicians, customers, and store leadership when order fulfillment, inventory availability, shipping, warranty, or delivery issues require resolution
  • Partners with sales, service, product support, accounting, vendors, and store leadership to resolve operational issues and improve fulfillment speed, inventory visibility, and customer experience
  • Performs administrative functions including reporting, audits, cash or account reconciliation as applicable, inventory documentation, time reporting review, expense monitoring, and process compliance
  • Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Advanced knowledge of CAT/Trimble equipment, CAT/Trimble systems, SITECH warehouse processes, machine control technology, and related fulfillment requirements
  • Working knowledge of CAT, Deere, Komatsu, Vermeer, G&Z, Gomaco, Wirtgen, Volvo, and other supported machine models and related technology components
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, cycle counting, warranty processing, rental fleet support, order fulfillment, vendor coordination, and parts or technology systems compliance
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and D365 for inventory, order management, reporting, and operational tracking
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technicians, sales personnel, customers, vendors, and leadership
  • Strong coaching, delegation, team leadership, conflict resolution, and performance management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to manage changing demands across multiple locations
  • Ability to define performance measures related to warehouse and technology fulfillment operations and hold associates accountable for results
  • Ability to identify complex problems, review related information, evaluate options, and implement practical solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with internal and external customers
  • Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, make arithmetic computations, and use handheld communication or measurement devices

Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Accounting, Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Technical Management, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
  • Minimum of three years of related warehouse, inventory, parts, technology systems, service operations, or fulfillment experience required
  • Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Forklift certification required or must be obtained within company guidelines
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • This position directs and supervises the Warehouse Leads assigned to each store, Technology Systems Technicians, and interns. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and development; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; resolving problems; establishing accountability; and ensuring consistent execution of warehouse, technology fulfillment, inventory, customer service, and safety expectations across both assigned store locations.
Travel:
  • Travel between assigned store locations is required; travel up to 30% with possible overnight travel
  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Routinely reacts to visual, auditory, and other signals, including alarms and instructions, and is required to visually inspect work
Work Environment:
  • This job is generally performed in a warehouse and office environment, including environmentally controlled conditions, operating a computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion
  • Occasionally works outdoors and may be exposed to weather extremes that include inclement weather, heat, cold, and humidity
  • Noise level may be loud at times, and the position may require work near moving equipment, warehouse traffic, and mechanical lifting devices
  • Frequently works at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
  • Requires wearing common protective or safety equipment (PPE) in designated work areas
