To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara North Campus.

Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor role involves managing the supply of materials to the production lines, coordinating personnel to ensure the correct flow of materials between warehouse and manufacturing processes according to the production plan, ensuring continuous line feed and timely delivery of finished products to the warehouse.

What a typical day looks like:

• Monitor the execution of the production plan to ensure uninterrupted material supply to production lines.
• Ensure the timely supply of raw materials to the production line through Kitting processes and follow-up on UPLs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and manufacturing teams to guarantee proper material flow between processes.
• Analyze material inventory and shortages, following up on critical components to prevent line stoppages.
• Perform cycle counts of critical components to ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records.
• Audit material transactions and inventory movements in the manufacturing system to ensure traceability and data accuracy.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge in production plan execution and material flow
• Advanced management of BAAN (work orders)
• Inventory control and warehouse operations
• Production control (execution focus)
• Intermediate English
• Microsoft Office
• Staff management
• Schedule availability (shift 2 and 3)
