The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all phases of facility storage and shipping operations in a safe and efficient manner. They are responsible for the supervision of Material Handlers assigned to shift.

You Will
Lead and supervise warehouse staff by planning, assigning, and directing work to meet operational, safety, and quality goals.
Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, physical inventories, and investigation of discrepancies.
Oversee inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and timely processing.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper storage of materials in designated locations following FIFO practices.
Coordinate daily warehouse operations with production, quality, logistics, and other departments to support overall site performance.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, food safety, GMP, ISO, and company policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, customers, and vendors to support workflow and resolve issues.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and shift coordination while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and site programs.
You Have
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Ability to work 12 hour night shift
3–5 years warehouse or manufacturing experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of GMP, Lean, and quality procedures
Proficiency with SAP and computer systems
Self-motivated with flexible, team-oriented mindset
