Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all phases of facility storage and shipping operations in a safe and efficient manner. They are responsible for the supervision of Material Handlers assigned to shift.

You Will

  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff by planning, assigning, and directing work to meet operational, safety, and quality goals.

  • Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, physical inventories, and investigation of discrepancies.

  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and timely processing.

  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper storage of materials in designated locations following FIFO practices.

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations with production, quality, logistics, and other departments to support overall site performance.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, food safety, GMP, ISO, and company policies and procedures.

  • Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, customers, and vendors to support workflow and resolve issues.

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and shift coordination while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and site programs.

You Have

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • Ability to work 12 hour night shift

  • 3–5 years warehouse or manufacturing experience

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Knowledge of GMP, Lean, and quality procedures

  • Proficiency with SAP and computer systems

  • Self-motivated with flexible, team-oriented mindset
