The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient,accurate, and compliant operation of warehouse and distribution activities supporting DePuy Synthes’ supply chain in Mexico. This role helps ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, andon‑timedelivery to customers while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The position offers the opportunity to directlyimpactpatient care by supporting reliable distribution of orthopedic products and to contribute to continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and distribution activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and finished goods.

• Monitor inventory levels, review inventory reports, and support cycle counts and reconciliations between physical and system inventory.

• Ensure compliance with shipping commitments, evaluate delivery timelines, and take corrective actions to address delays or operational issues.

• Oversee inspection of incoming materials to confirm conformity with orders, specifications, and quality requirements, coordinating returns ofnon‑conformingmaterials as needed.

• Coordinate distribution and transportation activities to support efficient andcost‑effectivemovement of goods.

• Supervise and support warehouse team members, promoting safe work practices, adherence to procedures, and effective execution of daily tasks.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing warehouse and transportation operations, data, and processes.

• Prepare, process, and ensure accuracy of inbound and outbound shipment documentation.

• Act as an escalation point for warehouse or distribution issues requiringtimelyresolution.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, ora relatedfield (required).

• Additionalcoursework or certification inlogisticsor operations management (preferred).

Experience and Skills

Required:

• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations.

• Experience supervising or leading warehouse teams orday‑to‑dayoperational activities.

• Working knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse processes.

• Ability to analyze operational data and reports to supportdecision‑makingand improvements.

• Ability to work in afast‑pacedwarehouse environment, including standing and moving throughout the facility asrequired

Preferred:

• Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare supply chains.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.

• Experience supporting continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives.

• Prior experience coordinating with transportation providers orthird‑partylogisticspartners.

• Demonstratedpeople‑leadershipor coaching experience.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
