Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna
Age Requirement: 30 to 35 years old

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse operations in a food manufacturing environment, ideally with exposure to cold storage and frozen/dairy products. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and familiarity with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of raw and packaging materials.

• Ensure cold storage standards are maintained for sensitive ingredients.

• Implement FIFO/FEFO and monitor inventory accuracy.

• Enforce compliance with GMP, food safety, and hygiene protocols.

• Lead cycle counts and month-end inventory reconciliation.

• Coordinate with production, QA, and procurement teams.

• Maintain organized and audit-ready warehouse areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in cold storage or food manufacturing (ice cream/dairy experience is a plus).

• Proficient in warehouse systems and food safety protocols.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
