Are you an experienced warehouse leader ready to take charge in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team and help lead daily operations with confidence and accountability.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including labor management, shipping and receiving, inventory control, quality assurance, and safety.
🔹 What You’ll Tackle:
- Lead and support a team of 10–15 warehouse associates
- Oversee inbound/outbound operations and daily workflow
- Track KPIs like productivity, damages, zero-ships & safety metrics
- Build and manage a daily operations scorecard
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Drive results through effective motivation, positive reinforcement, and corrective actions when necessary
- Other duties as required and assigned
- Schedule - Wednesday - Sunday - 6:00am -3:30pm
🔹 What You Bring:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to lead with clarity, consistency, and confidence
🔹 Preferred (Not Required):
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Equivalent experience in warehouse leadership will be considered
