We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to help lead our warehouse team, coordinate daily workflow and ensure stock is received, picked, packed and despatched safely, accurately and on time.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager, you will supervise daily warehouse activity across receiving, despatch, inventory, kitting and general warehouse operations.

You will be responsible for planning labour, supporting team performance, maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring correct paperwork is completed and driving safe, efficient warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate daily warehouse labour, workflow and customer priorities
  • Lead, coach and support warehouse team members
  • Oversee receiving, picking, loading, unloading, despatch and kitting activity
  • Ensure stock, paperwork, returns and bin locations are accurate and up to date
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, errors, overtime and safety outcomes
  • Support cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory accuracy
  • Operate materials handling equipment when required
  • Ensure WHS policies, procedures and work instructions are followed
  • Identify hazards, report incidents and support continuous improvement

ABOUT YOU

You will be a practical, organised and hands-on warehouse leader who can keep people, stock and workflow moving.

You will bring:

  • Experience in a warehouse supervisor, team leader or similar role
  • Valid Forklift Licence
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock accuracy and WHS
  • Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
  • Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working to KPIs and customer service expectations
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills

Experience with dangerous goods, healthcare products, kitting, inventory control or Chain of Responsibility requirements will be highly regarded.
