Reports to: Branch Operations Manager
Terex Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations supporting our service, parts, and customer delivery commitments. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials that enable uninterrupted field and branch operations.
The Warehouse Supervisor partners closely with Parts, Service, and Branch Leadership to support operational continuity, customer satisfaction, and business performance while upholding Terex safety standards and values.

Ensure safe handling, storage, and transportation of all materials
Warehouse & Inventory Operations
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliation, and corrective action
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support service and parts demand while controlling excess and obsolescence
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage methods, and material flow to improve efficiency and space utilization
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with carriers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment
• Hire, train, coach, and develop warehouse team members
• Establish clear expectations for safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork
• Monitor performance and provide timely feedback and accountability
• Serve as an escalation point for warehouse-related issues affecting customers or internal teams
• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean and Terex Business System (TBS) principles
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and on-time shipping
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and system improvements related to warehouse and inventory management
• Partner cross-functionally to improve customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations
• Prior Warehouse supervisory experience required
• Working knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse operations
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Experience supporting service, parts, or industrial/manufacturing operations
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to moving equipment and varying temperatures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
• Occasional extended hours may be required to support operational or inventory demands
Salary: The compensation range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
