The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to take the next step in their career, develop their leadership skills and play a key role in the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the team to ensure daily operational tasks are completed to LHR501 standards
• Coordinate general warehouse activities (cycle counts, on hand, receiving etc.
• Utilize Fusion to monitor activity, maintain inventory accuracy and ensure transactions are completed correctly.
• Ensure all processes are followed in line with our standardized procedures and customer requirements.
• Support team development through training and performance management.
• Investigate operational issues, resolve discrepancies and escalate concerns where necessary.
• Promote a positive working environment focused on teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.

• A good understanding of all aspects within fusion.
• A proactive approach to operational challenges and continuous improvement.
• The ability to work under pressure, delegate tasks and priorities based on importance/ deadlines.
