Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in our Bangkok office.

This is your role. What part will you play?

You will be responsible to lead and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management, enforce safety standards, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and administrative activities to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate warehouse personnel, including shift planning and workforce allocation.
• Manage the receiving, storage, inventory control, and timely dispatch of materials and goods.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout, equipment utilization, and storage capacity to maximize operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and warehouse and transportation requirements.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, monitor stock accuracy, and reconcile inventory records.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze key performance indicators, and participate in management and operational meetings as required.

Use your skills to move the world forward.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including leadership or managerial responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
