We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a critical warehouse and distribution operation serving customers across the livestock industry. This is an opportunity for a proven operational leader to take ownership of warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, dispatch execution, and customer service outcomes in a fast-paced environment where reliability and precision matter.

Success in this role requires more than keeping the operation running. You'll balance day-to-day warehouse responsibilities with people leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization while supporting an industry that plays an important role in Australian agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily warehouse and dispatch operations.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse team activities.
• Plan workloads and ensure operational priorities are completed safely and efficiently.
• Support picking, packing, dispatch, customer pickups, and freight activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts, and physical inventory counts.
• Coordinate couriers, freight providers, imports, and incoming shipments.
• Ensure accurate documentation, traceability, and recordkeeping.
• Drive safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment.
• Strong experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve operational results through others.
• Experience improving processes, driving efficiency, and maintaining high operational standards.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while making sound decisions under pressure.
• Experience using warehouse, inventory, or business management systems.
• A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside your team when needed.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
